Easy Commute to DC, Alexandria, Quantico and Northern Virginia ...  Interstate 95 offers convenient commuting to Washington DC with all its history and night life, as well as access to Arlington National Cemetery where our veterans our laid to rest.  The DC area is also one of the fastest returning job markets in the United States, with an expected job increase of 25% over the next few years.

Beautiful Virginia Beach, Williamsburg and all the fun attractions ... and don't forget King's Dominion!   With Virginia Beach and Williamsburg just two & three hours away, opporunities for Family Fun are unlimited.  King's Dominion is a mere half-hour south on I-95, offering lots of family fun.  Richmond, Virginia's capital, offers employment opportunity and is only a 45-minute commute south on I-95.  And don't forget the great shopping at Short Pump... where restaurants and malls offer something for everyone.
